Service and maintenance of networks

In addition to selling and delivering solutions, we also offer our customers a “Network Service and Maintenance” service. In this way, we are able to extend the standard warranty on the solutions delivered. We provide this service on the basis of a concluded service contract, optionally in the parameters 8/5 (working time of 8 hours on weekdays) or 24/7 (24/7 support). We use our own helpdesk system and we are able to adapt to customer requirements.
