Consultation and training

We offer customers consulting and training in the scope of our product portfolio. We have experienced trainers and technology labs in our ranks, where we are able to train our customers according to their needs. Alternatively, we provide training to our partners.

Service and maintenance of networks

In addition to selling and delivering solutions, we also offer our customers a “Network Service and Maintenance” service. In this way, we are able to extend the standard warranty on the solutions delivered. We provide this service on the basis of a concluded service contract, optionally in the parameters 8/5 (working time of 8 hours on weekdays) or 24/7 (24/7 support). We use our own helpdesk system and we are able to adapt to customer requirements.

Project Management

As part of this service, we supervise our customers for all aspects related to the implementation of large projects. The range of project management we provide ranges from planning and controlling project-related tasks to day-to-day management of project implementation.
